SLEEPING LAYOUT (Sleeps 8) Bedroom 1 (King): Primary suite with king bed, room-darkening shades, Smart TV, and walk-in closet. GUEST ACCESS Self check-in via keypad — no key exchange needed. Arrival instructions are sent before your stay. Guests have full access to the entire home, private fenced yard, pool, upper deck, covered patio, and all outdoor living areas. The owner's closet and garage are the only restricted areas. Washer, dryer, and all kitchen equipment are fully available. PARKING Parking for up to 6 vehicles at no charge — driveway and under the elevated house (covered and shaded). No street parking is permitted in Sea Isle. Please make sure your entire group parks on-property. The home is elevated and entry requires stairs. The lift is not available for guest use. HOUSE RULES Check-in: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM | Check-out: 10:00 AM | Maximum guests: 8 PETS: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Pet fee required upfront. Dogs must be leashed outside the fenced yard and on the beach. Owners responsible for cleanup. QUIET HOURS: Sea Isle mandates quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM. Noise decibel monitors are on the property. Please respect neighbors. SMOKING: No smoking inside the home. POOL: Private pool is non-heated. No glass near the pool. Pool floats provided. SEA ISLE COMMUNITY POOL: Passes must be purchased from the HOA, Mon–Fri before 5 PM only. Not sold after hours or weekends. Call ahead to reserve. We loved everything about this place. The pool was a perfect amenity, and the house had everything you need to feel right at home. It is very well kept, and fit our 2 cars and 2 golf cart rentals too!

We had the most incredible stay at this beach house for my birthday! From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was absolutely beautiful private, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. Being able to walk to the beach every day while also enjoying the private pool made the entire experience feel like our own little island getaway. What made this trip even more special was having all of my siblings together for the first time in 3 years, and this home gave us the perfect place to reconnect, relax, laugh, and make memories we’ll never forget. Even though town was only about 20 minutes away, the property felt secluded in the best possible way. The home was equipped with literally everything you could think of! The open convent allowed all of us to crowd around my mom in the kitchen like we used too as kids! Check in was easy check out was easy. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We had a great time!! It was a great location and very peaceful. I highly recommend a golf cart to get around, especially with little kids! We hope to be back this summer.

Getting around the Sea Isle area is simple and stress-free. Most guests choose to drive, with plenty of parking available right at the home. The neighborhood is golf cart–friendly, making it easy (and fun) to cruise over to the beach, community pool, or grab dinner at The West End Marina & Sandbar. If you prefer to explore on foot, the area is peaceful and perfect for morning walks or bike rides, with neighborhood amenities and beach access close by. For trips into town, downtown Galveston and the Seawall are about a 25–30 minute drive, offering great restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Uber and Lyft are available across the island, though wait times may be a bit longer on the west end.
